01 — Overview
Open your Chest & Heart. My OM Time offers a COVID Long-Haulers Workshop to help you discover how to strengthen the upper back, improve posture, increase lung capacity, relieve tension in the back and shoulders and increase blood circulation. Yoga invites you to find a path of holistic health for relief.
Like me, many have had COVID, Asthma, upper respiratory issues, RSV, Osteoporosis, poor bone density or posture problems. Yoga has been critical for me to maintain better postural alignment and to find ease of breathe.
This Workshop is 4 hrs long, plus 1 QTY, 45 minute private yoga session to focus on helping you.

10am The gathering. Closing the eyes & opening the mind. Meet & greet. Quick round robin intro & mention areas of concern. Then, we’ll begin with a seated meditation.
10:30am Overview the benefits of chest & heart openers. Review sequencing a Yoga practice focusing on movement to support opening your body. Props are great for all levels to open and expand. Followed by Q&A.

12pm 30 min Yoga practice for heart openers & pranayama by syncing breath with movement to feel the life force within. We’ll review different breathing techniques, and make adaptive adjustments to aid in relief. Followed by a guided Chakra Meditation
2pm Closing remarks & Filling up with gratitude. Followed by scheduling your private session.
Bring your notebook & a pen, a COVID Long-Hauler work sheet will be provided to add to your notebook.
Zoom link will be live 15 minutes prior to the workshop for the meet & greet. Typically you need a yoga mat, chair, 2-4 blankets, 2 blocks, bolster or cushion, and a strap.

This workshop is $200./or $250. for YA CE credits, certificate & YA 3.5hr non-contact hours.

Lymph Flow Yoga focuses on the Lymphatic Drainage for those who have blocks from trauma, surgeries, cancer bouts & more. This supports the immune system and promotes detoxing. Opening & releasing.
