Private Sessions

These Private 45 min Yoga Classes are available via Zoom or in studio, for 1-on-1 instruction: $45/per session.
We can break down the basics, simplify movement, learn load balancing & postural alignment. ALSO, the private sessions are great for continuing post physical therapy program by building strength and stability. OR, Lymph Flow Yoga to help lymphatic drainage and restore balance to the immune system. Lymph Flow Yoga is a gentle practice targeting blockages & sequence breathe with movement. Sessions are available Mon-Fri 11am-2pm

Private Session @ Your Location

Private 60 min yoga session is available at your location + zoom follow up session: $75/per session.
We’ll need a larger space to move and quietness to focus on calming the mind. Don’t worry, I’ll bring all the props needed, also includes a follow up Zoom live video within the week to recap & review.
* The standard mileage rate set in California applies, it’s 65.5 cents per mile (to & from) + plus trip charge of $25. (If outside Livermore Valley.) Payments: ½ down and rest at the end of the yoga session.

Private Punch Card

Enjoy a private punch card to enhance your practice. 4 punch card $150.; 8 punch card $275 Includes 45 min private sessions via Zoom or in studio. You may schedule your session for any day time, but please reschedule or cancel 24 hours before your session if needed, or your card will be charged for a missed appointment. Sessions can be used as an individual 45 minute class, or doubled up for an 1 ½ hr session. Available to use within 6 months from date of purchase. Contact me for more info.

Monthly Class Pass

My OM Time Monthly Class Pass is $150. Enjoy up to 4 classes per week, lead by Joan Schafle; E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP® and Matt Schafle YT 125 and special guests are invited from time to time. Small group classes, 4 people or less in each class. Classes are held in the OM Studio or on the deck. All classes are uniquely different from stretch & go, gentle flows, solid standing strength & stability to adaptive yoga to level up & down, renew & restore. 👉 Classes are held Mon & Wed at 8:30am. Tue& Thurs at 5:30pm and every other Saturday at 9:30am. Inquire to learn more or for the class schedule.

👉 PLEASE NOTE: All private offerings are for one-on-one sessions. If you invite others to join your private session there is an additional fee. Prior to starting up for any class I have a simple form, wavier with terms and conditions to read and acknowledge.

Experience yoga from a holistic approach to maintain good health & wellness. We begin our studies where you are at, adapting with any & all of your injuries. We can also pick up where physical therapy treatment left off. All are welcome.

Props are always encourage to lengthen & expand. I often use: chairs, bolsters, blankets, blocks & straps.

I do sanitize all the props and mats but you are required to have your own yoga mat, bolster & blocks by your 4th visit. Like me, it’s important for all with a weak immune system to protect ourselves.

Joan Schafle is a registered, certified E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP® I love the traditional Iyengar lineage of Yoga and carry postural alignment throughout my practice. While in my advance studies I focused on Lymph Flow Yoga for my health and wellness. I did, obtained many speciality certifications along the way for knowledge and offerings; Adaptive Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Lymph Flow, Restorative, & Yin Yoga.
