Yoga Offerings

Joan Schafle is a registered, certified E-RYT® 500, YACEP® I love the traditional B.S.K. Iyengar lineage of Yoga and carry postural alignment throughout my practice. I focus on Lymph Flow Yoga for health and wellness.

I do offer a blend of Adaptive Yoga, Chair Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Lymph Flow Yoga, Restorative, & Yin Yoga. Utilizing blocks, bolsters, blankets, chair & a strap.

My OM Time classes are lead by Joan Schafle; E-RYT ®500 and Matt Schafle YT 125 and special guests. These 45 min classes are held in the OM Studio or on our outdoor deck. All classes are uniquely different from stretch & go, gentle flows, solid standing strength & stability, adaptive yoga, how to level up & down, renew & restore.

Small group classes: 4 people or less in each class. Classes are held Monday-Thursday in the studio or on the deck. Inquire to learn more or for our class schedule. Drop in Rate $20. per class

Private Yoga classes are available via Zoom or in studio, for 1-on-1 instruction.
Private 45 minute sessions are great for building strength and stability or to gain a greater understanding. We can incorporate your physical therapy routine as needed. Sessions are available Tuesday-Thursday 11am-3pm, evening available upon request. Please inquire to schedule an appointment. $35/per session.

  • Prior to starting any class please read my T&C’s and agree to the terms on the wavier.

  • You will need your own yoga mat, blocks & bolster by the end of the 4th class.
