Beginner Series
Live Yoga Class Thursdays @ 9:30am
March 17, 24 (30ish mins)
In our classes we will break down the basics of each pose and learning different options to use props for each pose. Bringing breath and movement into the body to open & release. We will focus on seated poses on the ground, on a chair, standing poses and ground work. Have all your props ready.
Also, since these are zoom classes: I will mute you, record the class while I instruct, after the final I will stop recording, unmute you and we’ll finish with an open mic to say hello for about 10-15 mins. Typically, 24-48 hours later, I will upload the class videos and add them to the video library for you to rewatch. Keep your journal handy during class in case you have questions or things come up you can jot them down. We can review them at your next 1-on-1.

Class links will be live 15 minutes prior to class to display the props I plan on using.
Props are always a great idea to expand and release. I use a yoga mat, chair, bolster, 2 blocks, a strap, 2-4 blankets and always have a glass of water near by 👌🏼
